Hydraulic turbines
Gruppo Cividale is specialized in the production of castings and forgings for Francis Runner, Francis Blades, Francis Runner band, Francis Runner Crown, Wicket Gates, Kaplan Runner Blades, Kaplan Runner hub, Pelton Runner, complete with mechanical machining and realization of jig hydraulic profiles.
The maximum diameter of the castings is 5 m, while the maximum diameter of forged disks is 2,7m. Gruppo Cividale can produce monoblock casts up to a weight of 55 tons in stainless steel and up to 80 tons for carbon steels and low alloys.
Forged components (shafts and disks) are produced from steel ingots made within the group, according to the specifications required by the Customer, up to a maximum weight of 20 tons.
The company can supply finished components equipped with machine tool, along with hydraulic surfaces complete with grinding and polishing and including static and dynamic balancing.
We can realize forgings and castings in all materials according to the specific needs of the Customer and the project: carbon steels, low alloys and high alloys, stainless steels.
