Gruppo Cividale offers a specific service of consultancy to the Customer in the prototype phase, in the feasibility analysis and in the evaluation of the material to be used. Our wide and long experience covers the widest span of material options: carbon steels, low alloys, high alloys, grey cast iron, spheroidal cast iron up to the stainless steels (including duplex and super-duplex grades) and nickel-based alloys.
All our facilities are subject to periodic inspections according to the most restrictive standards. We keep our quality control system continuosly updated in order to be able to properly respond to the constantly evolving needs of our reference market. We want to be a benchmark for our customers in all projects, even the most innovative ones.
Our productions sites meet the criteria from the ISO 14001 (Environment Management System), and from the standard BS OHSAS 18001 ( Health&Safety Management System)

Thanks to the experience gained in over 50 years of activity, Gruppo Cividale is able to support the customer from the prototype phase and the feasibility analysis, to the evaluation of the different opportunities in terms of materials and geometries, thanks also to the support from 3D modelling technologies.
Through our affiliated companies and partners, we are able to manage the complete supply of castings and forgings including finish machining, special heat treatments, surface treatments such as pickling, passivation and coatings, according to the specifications of the final customer.
With several foundries belonging to Gruppo Cividale, we can offer a complete range of castings from pieces weighting a few kilograms, up to large castings of individual weight up to 80 tons. Our forging shop can supply items weighting from few hundred kg up to 20 tons per individual product, including assembled components by welding, ready for the final machining operation.
