Gas Turbine
Gruppo Cividale is specialized in the production of cast and forged components used as components of gas turbines for multiple uses, from the production of electrical energy, to all uses in the oil & gas sector and propulsion. The typical components are: turbines casings, compressor discharge casings, inner casings, bearing housings, shafts, rings, supports, inner barrels, exhaust casing.
Thanks to the different technologies available in the foundries of Gruppo Cividale, the Company can provide a wide range of components. The weight ranges from of a few hundred kg to 80 tons for single component. Over the years, the Group has built its references on all sizes of turbines, from 2MW up to 300 MW each.
Forgings and castings are realized in all materials: cast iron (spheroidal and grey), carbon steels, low alloys and high alloys, stainless steels (austenitic, martensitic, duplex and super duplex) including nickel alloys (Inconel).
