Structures and Casting for Construction Engineer Field
Gruppo Cividale is highly specialized in the production of components with great technological content applied to the sector of great works of engineering such as forgings, castings and assembled components for suspended bridges, stadiums, airports, coverings such as connectors, tie rods, hangers, forks, plates and struts connected to wire ropes with a diameter from a few millimetres up to one meter.
Forgings and castings produced start from 10 kg and can reach 70 tons while assembled components for castings and structural works can exceed 100 tons.
The finished and ready to be assembled products are supplied already coated in cycles of class C5 for highly corrosive environments. Gruppo Cividale offers also a specific service of support to the customer during the project design phase and in the assessment of materials to use as: carbon steel G20Mn5, G24Mn6, G28Mn6 or low to G18NiCrMo 3-6.
The types of products realized are fork, sockets, saddle, cable band, cross head slab and strand shoes for suspended structures that can reach the dimensions of 9x5x2.5 m. In this field the projects are multidisciplinary and are supplied with accessories such as bolt, nut, washer and tire rods.
